Our Client, BCW Manufacturing had recently had a new factory unit constructed. The unit is to be used as a robotic manufacturing cell. As such, they required the floor to not only look like a modern manufacturing space, but also to be hard wearing to withstand pallet trucks, cages and footfall.

Our Client, BCW Treatments are constructing a new passivation plant. As part of the process, dedicated gas and water mains were required to feed the process and heat up the tanks. This involved lots of working at height using MEWP’s so all the correct controls and RAMS had to be in place to minimise any risk to our staff and the BCW staff.

Our Client, Futaba – Tenneco Manufacturing have had issues with their asbestos roof for quite some time. As a result, they asked us if we could carry out a drone survey. Our drone gives a unique aerial view of the facility and enabled to scope what is required to eventually replace or upgrade the roof in the future.
