LPK FM Limited started in industrial cleaning — proper kit, proper paperwork, proper teams — and grew into the project management and main-contractor work that those clients kept asking us to take on. Today we run principal-contractor scopes, manage multi-trade programmes, and keep the soft-FM operation that underpins it all.
We've grown by being consistent: the same operatives turning up week after week, the same account manager picking up the phone, the same documented standard delivered every visit. That's how we hold contracts with manufacturers, schools, healthcare estates, national retailers — and how we ended up as main contractor on the new Aviktas rollercoaster at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
